Member's Agreement
Members of Downtown Chamber of Commerce (DCC) agree to the following:
Take personal responsibility for my conduct, individually and as a member of the DCC, I agree to abide by the principles contained in "The DCC Commitment" and any governing documents and policies of the DCC.
I will refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, derogatory, illegal, unprofessional, or unethical conduct, and I understand that if I engage in such conduct, I may be responsible to reimburse the DCC or other individuals involved with the DCC, for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from my conduct. I release and agree to hold the DCC and its owners and affiliates harmless for any and all liabilities and accept all risks associated with participating in the DCC.
Membership fees are nonrefundable.
The DCC Commitment
As a member of the Downtown Chamber of Commerce, I commit:

To always be courteous to my fellow DCC members and our guests with respect and courtesy

To maintain highly ethical standards and conduct during all DCC activities

To dress appropriately in business professional attire at events, unless otherwise noted

To attend DCC events when possible
